Scottie Scheffler has three major wins. And odds are that he’ll win a few more over the next several years. That's pretty impressive, but only the the second most impressive accomplishment by a member of the Scheffler family this past weekend after footage surfaced of Scottie's son Bennett learning how to stand and walk at Quail Hollow!

You only master this critical life skill once in your life. And while most of us figure it out in our childhood home or on the playground or at daycare, little Bennett Scheffler is figuring things out on a vaunted golf course with $19 million on the line. He really is just like his father.

“Lost in the shuffle of Scottie Scheffler winning the PGA Championship, I failed to post this moment of Bennett Scheffler standing for the first time (I think),” posted Spectrum News 1's Mike Solarte. “Mom's reaction is so pure. Just adorable.”

Bennett Scheffler was one of the breakout stars of the PGA, especially with Michael Block’s early exit, and you can tell how big of a moment his standing and steps were by his family’s shocked and thrilled reactions.

This was far from Bennett’s only big moment—it was a major, after all—with the one-year-old joining his dad to sign a scorecard and even looking through the yardage book. In 12 months, Bennett has been part of wins at the Memorial, the Travelers, the Tour Championship, the CJ Cup and the PGA. Also, an Olympic gold for good measure. What a start! Some might even call him a prodigy.

With all this love and adoration, there are, of course, going to be a few (snarky) doubters. Most notably, Club Pro Guy, who’s sensing a Shedeur Sanders arc from Bennett: “Unpopular take but Bennett Scheffler using his dad's win to make things ‘all about him' is not a great look.”
