If you’re living in Florida and sitting on a small fortune, this might be the golf club for you. With a course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas—perhaps you’ve heard of them—and over 200 multi-million-dollar homes, Panther National is in line to become one of the boutique courses in the Sunshine State.
Of course, there's a pro shop, gym, indoor golf facility, spa, lifestyle club and pool on the premises, but the golf’s definitely the draw … especially if you’re on this website. The 18-hole, links-style Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is adjoined by a nine-hole par-3 course, a one-acre putting course and a practice area to get your game in shape.
If you want to join, club memberships start with an initial $500,000 payment and an annual fee of around $30k. If you're a Panther National homeowner, however, that first expenditure is just $400,000. Frank Weed, CEO of Panther National, said that they’ve sold about $300 million in real estate so far, with some celebrities buying in. If you want to run into those stars on the course, take out that checkbook (and a mortgage).

A 400-acre lot of land was acquired by Swiss developer Dominik Senn, marking the first golf development to be constructed in Palm Beach County in about two decades. Officials expect the course to be completed at the end of 2023.
The land was originally very flat, but the team added 50-foot-plus elevations throughout the course to challenge its golfers and create a more beautiful setting. Principal architect Nicklaus and team had over 400 acres to play with and ended up with a 7,864-yard course if you decide to play from the stylized "JT" monogrammed far-back tees. There are also six other sets of tees for us plebians, down to 4,500 yards.
