Here’s the prize money payout for each golfer at the 2026 LIV Golf Indianapolis event
Justin Casterline
This was the last LIV Golf event of the season. But was it the last LIV Golf event ever? Those questions will be answered in the not-too-distant future, but for now, the league was outside Indianapolis at the Club at Chatham Hills, where players completed for $10.1 million with the champion, Michael La Sasso, receiving $2.02 million. Two weeks ago in New Jersey, $20 million was the purse with $4 million going to the individual winner, Joaquin Niemann. La Sasso outlasted Jon Rahm by one shot and Bryson DeChambeau tied for third place with Sergio Garcia, two shots behind.
Additionally, there was a team championship component since LIV Golf officially cancelled its team championship in Michigan earlier this week. Since that happened, the team title was decided this week with a $30 million purse and the winning team, Rahm's Legion XIII, splitting $8.4 million. (Side note: individual bonuses were distributed too, but Jon Rahm had already captured that title and will earn another $6 million.)
