Here’s the prize money payout for each golfer at the 2025 Rocket Classic

We’re nearing July and the signature events are already done on the PGA Tour. We’re also in this time on the schedule where some of the bigger names will not be competing, getting ready to head to Europe for the Scottish and British Opens.
Still, they handed out a trophy and a hefty check. In fact, the total purse at the Rocket Classic at Detroit Golf Club was $9.6 million with the winner taking home $1.728 million. And it was 20-year-old Aldrich Potgeiter, who shot a final-round 69, made birdie from 18 feet on the fifth playoff hole to top Max Greyserman. It was his first PGA Tour title in this, only his 20th start.
Chris Kirk was also in the playoff but made bogey on the second sudden-death frame to bow out.
