Here’s the prize money payout for each golfer at the 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge

A somber week on the PGA Tour, when news came down that Grayson Murray had died after withdrawing from the second round at Colonial, ended with Davis Riley winning the Charles Schwab Challenge. The 27-year-old shot a final-round 70 to capture his second PGA Tour event. This one, however, was the first time Riley won alone, after winning the Zurich Classic last year as a team event with Nick Hardy in New Orleans.
Riley earned $1.638 million from the $9.1 million overall purse. He shot 66-64-66-70 for a 14-under-par 266 total. Keegan Bradley and Scottie Scheffler tied for second place, five shots back, and both earned $809,000.
Bradley shot a final-round 67 to move up five positions and into the second-place tie, although he bogeyed the 72nd hole. World No. 1 Scheffler was four behind to start the final round but was paired with Riley. But Scheffler made three bogeys in the first 10 holes to fall well off the pace and shot 71, his second over-par round of the week.
Collin Morikawa, who was tied for the lead to start the final round of the PGA Championship last week in Kentucky, finished in solo fourth place.
The PGA Tour continues to lead up to the U.S. Open at Pinehurt. It moves north to the RBC Canadian Open, then the Memorial Tournament before heading to North Carolina.
