Here are the 70 players who qualified for the DP World Tour’s playoffs (and the first 5 out)

The playoffs have been long over on the PGA Tour, but it’s time to decide the year-end honors on the DP World Tour. The top 70 players who have made it into the playoffs field for the year have been finalized now that the regular season is over.

Yuto Katsuragawa won the finale, the Genesis Championship, shooting a final-round 71 in Korea to top Frederic LaCroix by two shots. Both men safely made it into the postseason.

The first event is the Abu Dhabi Aldar Championship (Nov. 5-8) at Yas Links Golf Club in Abu Dhabi. The top 30 following that will play in the DP World Tour Championship (Nov. 12-15) the following week at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai.

Last season Rory McIlroy won the Race to Dubai, but it was Matt Fitzpatrick who won the DP World Tour Championship. McIlroy is looking for his fifth straight title and eighth over..

Eugenio Chacarra, Patrick Reed and McIlroy are the top three on the list. PGA champion Aaron Rai is fifth and British Open champion Ryan Fox is sixth. Fitzpatrick enters the playoffs at No. 10.
