Adidas releases electric pink golf shoe as part of Olympic-inspired Tokyo Collection

The head-turning pink golf shoe designed to connect athletes competing in Tokyo has a new message for those training at home

Adidas released a bold pink golf shoe as part of the Tokyo Collection that was initially designed for the 2020 Olympics. The capsule includes 41 footwear silhouettes across 19 sports–including golf–that would unite each Adidas athlete as they compete in their respective events. With the Olympic Games postponed until 2021, Adidas repurposed the collection with a similar goal of uniting athletes but this time honoring the community at home as they continue to train.

The limited-edition Codechaos golf shoe is available for both men ($170) and women ($150) in the striking colorway Adidas calls “signal pink.” The sneaker-like golf shoe is waterproof, has a springy cushioned midsole and a hybrid spikeless outsole with carefully placed grips for tour-worthy traction.

Adidas’ Tokyo Collection Codechaos golf shoe is available now at adidas.com. The line also includes bright pink editions of the brand’s shoes for running, basketball, tennis, boxing, track and field, volleyball and weightlifting.
