Bubba Watson sells home, once owned by Tiger Woods, for $4.2 million
Last December we told you that Bubba Watson had put his Orlando mansion on the market. According to the Los Angeles Times, Watson has sold the property. Watson, who purchased the home in 2013, originally listed the house for $5.6 million, but the LA Times reported it sold for $4.2 million.
As Matt Rudy noted, the property is best known as the location of Tiger Woods' famous accident in 2009 when his scandal broke.
The home sits on an island within the development that includes Isleworth Golf & Country Club's practice facilities for both golf and tennis. The house comes in at nearly 8,000 square feet of living space. That includes a game/media room, home theater, foyer entry, a two-story living room, a formal dining room, an office, family room and updated kitchen. The outdoor space isn't too shabby, either, boasting a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and private lake dock.
