'I almost had a heart attack': The Bob Does Sports guys recap a WILD week at the WM Phoenix Open
Last Wednesday at the WM Phoeniex Open all the stars were out for Whoop's "Shot at Glory" challenge. Everybody from Nick Saban to Jake Owen to Michael Phelps got a crack at the par-3 16th. Those are some big names, but one could argue that among the younger crowd at TPC Scottsdale, the biggest celebs there were the trio of Robby Berger, Joey Cold Cuts and Fat Perez, AKA the "Bob Does Sports" crew.
With nearly 700,000 subscribers on their Bob Does Sports YouTube channel, there is no debating their internet superstardom, which is probably why the PGA Tour led its recap video of Wednesday's challenge with Berger. Even he was surprised by that:
Berger, Cold Cuts and Perez joined us on this week's episode of The Loop podcast, where they recapped a wild week that featured a Cold Cuts top at the 16th. Thankfully, no one was injured:
In our full interview with the boys, we also discuss their internet rise, the Tito's Shorties Classic, which Cold Cuts and Joel Dahmen were able to win (you can watch that in full here), and much more. Please, have a listen below, and like an subscribe to The Loop wherever you get your podcasts:
