like Ryan Gerard. The PGA Tour shared a five-minute clip from it's latest edition of the YouTube series "Chasing Sunday," and it features Gerard and his caddie talking it out during a pair of post-round range session, the first coming after the opening round and the second after Round 3 of the BMW Championship. In both sessions, you'll notice that Gerard and his caddie, JP Burke, create fun little ways to stay engaged during his post-round practice. It's not just Gerard mindlessly bashing balls in a state of rage. They do a sudden death "QB competition," which appears to be a battle between two different drivers Gerard was thinking about using for the final round. In the post-first round range session, Burke calls a few of Gerard's shots. It's a great watch:
It's a great reminder that even the world's best find a way to make practicing both fun and productive, wheter it's before or after a round.
