Yesterday's afternoon wave continues to get a break with the weather on Friday, but the wind is still wreaking havoc at Shinnecock. And there was no better example of that then Dustin Johnson hitting 4-wood for his approach on the par-4 sixth. Yep, a 4-wood. From a guy who once said he hit longer than a 7-iron for a par-4 approach once for an entire PGA Tour season.
