The video, which drew backlash and apologies after it portrayed a man shoving a woman to the ground as she approaches his new driver, seems to have led to the postponement of Tuesday night’s debut of the Golf Channel’s "Big Break x Good Good" series. The first episode was postponed suddenly on Tuesday after one of the show’s advertisers pulled its sponsorship. Several outlets reported that the company in question was the show’s presenting sponsor, Golf Galaxy. A Golf Channel announcement postponing the show until Sept. 1 did not include a reference to Golf Galaxy, which had been listed as a presenting sponsor in all previous mentions.

Both Golf Galaxy and its parent Dick’s Sporting Goods stocked Good Good merchandise in its stores and on their websites, including the driver featured in the video. Those items are no longer available from the company online and a post on Reddit appeared to show an in-store image of an empty shelf of Good Good merchandise at a Dick’s Sporting Goods: “Overheard the employee telling a coworker that he got an emergency call to ‘rip it all down,’” read the post. Dick’s/Golf Galaxy has not released a statement on the matter and messages to the company’s media relations office have not been returned. There also has been no additional comment from Golf Channel’s parent, Versant.
