Kevin Hart hosted a golf tournament for Taco Bell, and the winners get to bring back a menu item.

Comedian, actor and golf fanatic Kevin Hart was the host of the inaugural Live Más Open, Taco Bell’s nine-hole, one-day team event at The Ranch at Laguna Beach. The 36-player field was split into nine foursomes. Each one had a celebrity, a pro athlete, a content creator and one regular fan who earned a spot through a nationwide Topgolf qualifier this fall. Actress Lana Condor, LPGA player Muni He, tennis pro Taylor Townsend, DJ Steve Aoki and two-time Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee were among the celebrities in the field, and Ludacris closed out the night with a performance at the afterparty. Getting in took a little luck. Fans who scored 200 points in Topgolf’s Shot Shuffle game earned a sweepstakes entry, and 100 were drawn at random to submit a bio and video. From there, Taco Bell picked nine.

“I love golf, I love Taco Bell, what could be better than bringing them together,” Hart said before the event. Nobody would mistake this for tournament golf. Teams took on wild-card challenges between shots and stopped at a Taco Bell drive-thru on the course, which served golf-themed food, including remixed country club staples. The winning foursome takes home a trophy, purple jackets and a prize Augusta National has never offered: the power to bring back a Taco Bell menu item for a limited time in 2027. The tournament premieres Nov. 20 on Peacock, so stay tuned to find out which discontinued favorite gets a second life.
