This dark satirical comedy from director Rafael Manuel tells the story of a 17-year-old "tee girl" on a prestigious course in the Philippines. It's both a gorgeously shot thriller and a scathing criticism of wealth. The movie premiered earlier this year at the New York Asian Film Festival and is opening this week at the Film Forum in New York (and across the U.S. in the coming months).
