On Monday at Aronimink, Koepka spent more than 30 minutes working with different putter models from TaylorMade and Scotty Cameron, before ultimately whittling down the field of suitors to a single Spider Tour V with a plumber's neck that appeared to be slightly longer than the neck previously found on his Spider Tour X.

Koepka made a myriad of mid-length putts with the TaylorMade mallet before departing the practice green with the lone wand tucked safely inside his Grove XXIII staff bag.

Even if Koepka doesn't use Spider Tour V, he'll have to make a change after snapping his Spider Tour X during the final round of the Myrtle Beach Classic. Koepka lost 2.8 shots on the greens over the final 36 holes but still managed to finish T11, his best finish since returning to the PGA Tour earlier this year.
