One of the PGA Tour's most thoughtful players has come to Bryson DeChambeau's defense.

There are plenty opinions circulating about the two-shot penalty DeChambeau received on Friday evening after his second round, but one worth highlighting came from Max Homa. The former King of Golf Twitter weighed in on the controversy surrounding the sport's content king by saying—among other things—that he didn't agree with the ruling and that DeChambeau "would never cheat the game of golf."

It won't give him back those two shots, but Bryson has to feel better knowing he's getting some support from his fellow competitors.
