Overview
Less than a half hour west of Milwaukee, Naga-Waukee War Memorial Golf Course is a Larry Packard design with scenic views of Pewaukee Lake. Some holes are narrow and tree-lined, while others are more open and forgiving. There is a good amount of elevation change (especially on the back nine), creating several blind tee shots. The tee at the signature hole—the double-dogleg par-5 14th—offers a beautiful view of Pewaukee Lake in the distance. With summer rates under $50, this muny provides some of the best value in the area.

“Waukesha County public course kept in great condition with scenic views, wide fairways, large greens and challenging golf holes. Strategy plays a large part in your round here as there are risk/reward holes and many par 4's give you the option of hitting multiple clubs off the tee. The routing does a great job of making you look forward to the different challenges and opportunities you'll find on each upcoming hole. Course is walkable but only for those in good physical condition as there are some dramatic elevation changes especially on the back 9 - locals call the climb from 15 tee to the 16th tee "Heart Attack Hill". Rates vary during the season and on weekends but whenever you play you'll still have some money left over to enjoy a beverage on the patio after your round overlooking the 18th green with the lake in the background. Naga-Waukee is a par 72 course that has three sets of tees ranging from 5,772 - 6,830 yards."
