“Flat course that looks very nice. Routed through a housing development, but it never encroaches. Extensive bunkering throughout the course adds to visual appeal. Course can play pretty wet in the winter, and the greens can be a bit spongy at times. A few holes require forced layups that are a bit awkward for the longer hitters. Lots of potential, but the course just never seems to live up to it."

“Course could be really good if they put more money into conditioning and maintenance. Typical of Oki courses to focus more on getting as many people as possible on the tee sheet at the expense of the course itself. Practice facilities are really good depending on the time of year."
