“Excellent well conditioned course built amongst towering tree lined valleys and ridges. Narrow fairways with little room for wayward shots created challenges to playing this course. Excellent views from tees to greens combined with elevation changes (3 of the 4 par 3's play down hill) added to the enjoyment of playing this course. Turf and greens were relatively firm and fast given course is relatively close to Puget Sound and the ocean. Greens were medium sized yet exhibited tiers and ridges challenged putting accuracy especially in light of surrounding hills and valleys. Overall, fun enjoyable course to play."

“The superlatives are high on this strong public course. The only drawback is the course sits on the mountain and retains a lot of water for the majority of the year. It plays longer than the scorecard states and can be very punitive off the tee at times too. That said, this is a really great course and an absolute must play public option in the Seattle area with great shot options and strategy, coupled with pristine aesthetics."

“Good routing through PNW forest with occasional views. Large sloping greens will challenge your approach and short game. Very hilly course, especially between holes, so I don’t recommend walking if even allowed."
