“Poor condition; punched greens; tight layout among a busy housing development. Some good holes over water hazards, but narrowness of course means you take fire from all sides and OB is constant and close. "Fairways" are patchy and unevenly mowed. Tee boxes are bare in many places. Greens are shaggy and bare in spots as well. No driving range--there's a "batting cage" style warmup area. Lots of elevation change and spread out in spots makes it tough to walk."
