Overview
Set in St. George’s Virgin River Valley, SunRiver is an affordable, scenic and player-friendly layout. There are scenic vistas of the surrounding red rocks and mountains on nearly every hole. Burnt red sand lines many of the fairways, and the greens have enough undulation to be interesting without being too daunting. Interestingly, the back nine features three par 3s and three par 5s, creating plenty of variety.

“A much improved course over the last several years. The front nine is flat and very average. The back nine is much more interesting with much more variety. The greens were in very good shape bot the fairways were below average. Overall still a fun course to play."

“Very fun course in southern Utah. Recently taken over by Utah Golf HOFer Jimmy Blair who is Zac Blair's (PGA Tour pro) dad. Fun layout with just the right amount of challenge. 3 par 5s and 3 par 3s on the back side to add a different playing experience. Highly recommend this course if making a trip to Southern Utah."
