“Good setting with water and trees. Bunkers in good shape and greens very good shape for the value. Holes are straight forward, no real doglegs or changing direction. Some solid par 3s with water"

“Fun course to play and set up so that from beginner to single digit, you can play here and have fun and be challenged. Not overly challenging until you get to the greens. Some (not all) are large, a lot of slope and undulation to them, some valleys and false edges, then it becomes a challenge to get up and down. Being in South Tx, it is a flat course so everything is right in front of you."
