“Private Pete Dye design near Hilton Heard. Windy site with views of Port Royal Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. Site of the 2015 U.S. Junior Amateur won by Phillip Barbaree. Welcoming staff and membership. Play this one if offered the opportunity."

“36 hole private club in Hilton Head with many holes on tidal marsh lands. Dye put many small bunkers in places nobody would ever get in for visual effect. Really exposed so tough if the wind blows. Tough green complexes but worth playing if you can get invited."

“The better of the two courses here. If you get to play here make sure you walk to the back tees on the 9th hole, one of the coolest tee boxes you will see. Some really nice holes that weave in and out of the marshland."

“Well designed course by Pete Dye. Very walkable and not nearly as difficult as most Dye courses. If you play from the very back tees the course can be very difficult. A must to play if you get the chance. Beautiful setting with views to the Atlantic on a clear day."
