“Hilly course that was better than I had expected. The green complexes were solid and a good speed. Some were two tiered. Many uphill approach shots. The 17th is a beautiful par 4 in the valley that leads to the elevator to get to the 18th tee. Never seen that before except at Bel Air. Many designers have touched the course and it shows. The course does lack some continuity."

“I loved the variety of shots the course offers. And the elevator on 18 was cool!!! The first tee is a classic one and enjoyed the routing!!!"

“Layout variety stands out as holes played in all directions with many different looks. The player is presented with many options with regard to tee shots and approaches when navigating the layout. The rough was not in the best of shape, but the ret of the course was in good condition. As this course becomes firmer, I would imagine the difficulty can increase quite a bit."

“Fun course. Very good condition. Great views, especially from the 1st tee. 11 and 12 are particularly good holes. Elevation changes make the course challenging. Elevator to the 18th tee is unique!"

“Really good private course in Pittsburgh. It's not as good as the course across the street from it, but it's still pretty good."

“Situated across the street from Fox Chapel GC, the Field Club makes for a dynamic duo. It is a special place to play. The conditioning is excellent and the design creative. It is joy to play, but bring your "A" game."
