“A private course that meanders through rolling hills that is in very good condition."

“The course lies on a vast, remote piece of rolling terrain in Bucks County. From a variety perspective, I think Rees Jones did a nice job of using this land to compile a distinctive set of 18 holes. However, I think there are many holes that lack character and memorability. I believe this is due to the over manufactured feel of the course. I think it would benefit tremendous from a more "rugged" feel. Less trees, more native areas, and more "natural" looking bunkering. For the time of year and recent rainfall in area, the course was in excellent shape and still maintained good firmness."

“An excellent Rees Jones design. Tough course in excellent condition. Hole 18 is probably one of the toughest holes I have played."
