“Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club is a Perry Maxwell design. The first tee shot is very unique, you hit across the driving range on an angle that requires you to carry your tee shot 220 yards if you play the Tips. The course has a nice mix of holes throughout the 18. Most of the front 9 played firm and fast and had a links-style feel that was open and fairly forgiving. The back 9 was more strategic and involved several different shot selections off the tee. There are several holes that have water hazards running alongside or across the front of the green. A couple of risk-reward holes will tempt you to drive the green, just beware of the hazards that hide off to the side. The course was in great condition and is a fun and unique layout for the area. If you can play this facility I suggest doing so, it's a nice course that any player can enjoy."

“Wonderful club with top notch service. There is an emphasis on croquet and other sports that you don't see many places. The well maintained golf course is full of history and adventure! A few of the holes are a little quirky, like teeing off over the driving range on the first hole. Those quirks add to a great experience."

“The first thing that I noticed other than the wind was just how firm and fast this Perry Maxwell course was, as your tee shots bounded off the fairway and rolled out nicely. The greens were pure and in great condition, as they only amplified the experience. The Layout varied throughout making sure one must utilize every club in their bag, as a golfer will have approach shots ranging from sand wedge too long irons. Maxwell did a wonderful job of utilizing the natural hazards, as a couple of creeks weaved through the property always popping up on your left or right throughout."
