“A strong layout that will test even very good players, Windmill is desperately in need of tree removal and agronomy care. It is almost always soft and spongy and fairways are lined with trees that greatly need thinning and limbing. A good public course experience."

“The layout of Windmill Lakes is still challenging, but the overall conditioning of the course has gone down a notch over the years. The course provides excellent value for any level of golfer. With only two par 5s on the course, there is a good variety of par 4s."
