“Upon first appearance you think "Bombers Paradise" as the course differs from the others in New Mexico who use the wide open spaces of the vast southwest to bring the native areas in to play. This course is packed neatly just west of the ABQ airport, where from any one tee box you can see other fairways. Don't be deceived. If your tee shot strays off line, the rough is lush and thick and is happy to accept your donation leaving a much more difficult approach. At an elevation of 5200 feet, the ball travels a little farther than you're probably used to, but that makes the 7555 yard layout from the Lobo tees a little more manageable. For the price you pay, this course is great bang for the buck. The Lobo grill on site has some of the best prices you'll find at a golf course for lunch or breakfast. If you're in ABQ, don't pass this one up."

“Have played UNM many times over the last 15 years. Solid golf course that can challenge the university team while still being a fun test for the rest of us. Good terrain and generally kept in good condition -- also near the airport so convenient for travelers!"
