“Two distinct nines spread out over a beautiful rural landscape. A fair and tough test."

“Bedens Brook makes excellent use of the rolling landscape, including the namesake brook that sets up several memorable holes. There are some standouts that offer interesting strategic turns and a strong final test. However, the design is constrained by a repetitive formula, where uniform, consistent bunkering chokes almost every fairway and green, ultimately draining the layout of creative optionality."

“This Dick Wilson design flashes signs of his architectural signature, with elevated greens that are well protected with challenging bunkers. The memorable experience comes on the greens, which are very, very quick, with subtle slants and breaks, making some pin placements a real challenge."
