“Beautiful setting, lots of doglegs lined with pine trees and water views of Loch Raven. Strong par 4's on 1, 2, 3, 13, and 15 . This course is very playable for all levels of players, relatively flat for walkers....with the back tees long enough for making a round in the 70's pretty satisfying. The front nine plays a couple shots harder than the back , but, 13 and 15 can be the toughest pars on the course...Watch Friday , Saturday and Sunday afternoon tee times for pace of play. For $5.00 over your green fee you can rent a bycycle with attached bag and proper tires and ride the course. Great staff with multiple club fitters and Jim Deck is a great guy as well as longtime Pine Ridge head pro."

“I am a bit prejudiced. This was a home course for a couple of years. For a few years, it hosted the LPGA championship. It is next to a reservoir so the course cannot use certain chemicals. Consequently, it is not always in good condition. But it is the jewel in the Baltimore stable of municipal courses."
