Overview
This great course is built on the old Blenheim Farm, which had been the home of many thoroughbred race horses. Indeed, Bulle Rock is named for a direct descendant of the very first thoroughbred stud brought to America. Pete Dye's bold design spreads over 275 acres, with no homesites or amenities other than golf. Besides being named America's Best New Upscale Public Course of 1998, Bulle Rock hosted the LPGA Championship from 2005 through 2009.

“Many shorter 4 pars for a 7,375 yard course but a great mix of dogleg lefts/rights + up/down hill holes with various green front hazards creating a distinctive layout and overall design features."

“A perennial top 100 public course and long-time LPGA Tour venue, Bulle Rock is classic Pete Dye with a difficult, hilly layout in Eastern Maryland. Considered by many the top public course in Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic, this is a challenging course with strong conditions and nice variety. I particularly liked holes 2, 8, 12, and 14. The practice facilities are better than most private courses and the value is terrific with many rates under $100."

“Bulle Rock is a gem located in the small town of Havre de Grace, MD. One of these days I'll get out to the course on a clear day to experience the golf without rain or mist and wetness detracting from the experience. Even still, I plan to stop by any time I'm in the area and would recommend the same to all avid golfers. A great track for any skill level, but particularly those that can reliably ball strike. Can border a bit on the tough side, depending on the tee box selection."

“A very demanding course that is usually in very good shape. Very few places to miss—may not be a great fit for a higher handicap golfer."

“Championship Caliber course. Played LPGA Major there for four years. A real test of golf and every shot the player has. Good routing and conditioning. Good Clubhouse/restaurant. Top 100 public course. Friendly and helpful staff. A must play for any Middle Atlantic player."
