“Wyckoff is a Donald Ross golf course that has fallen on hard times. Once a thriving private club, ownership has changed several times, and money is not plentiful. Ross holes were lost years ago to a bordering highway. There are some solid holes here, but there is the sense that the course needs about 10-15 more acres for some elbow room throughout. Highlights are the handful of holes around stately trees near the clubhouse, and holes 3 and 12 that descend into/over a ravine. Investment could return Wyckoff to a solid course and preserve some history, but that remains to be seen."
