Review

“Hunting Creek Country Club is a great golf course with a rich history that many people don't know about. Mickey Wright won a women's professional event here where she said it was the best golf she ever played in her life. The course record is held by Ken Venturi and his hat is still on display in the clubhouse. The course was redesigned nearly 10 years ago. In that redesign, the bunkers were redone and the greens were rebuilt. The course now is a very good course that offers a great deal of elevation change with deep bunkers that are punishing. The conditions are very good with zoysia fairways and well contoured putting surfaces. There are a number of golf clubs in Louisville. I think that Hunting Creek is one of the best and is a lot of fun to play. If you get a chance to play, you will love it."
