“Most memorable shot of the day is having to play tee shot around condo tower to the left...almost like a reverse road hole of St Andrews. The volcano green on 10 is one of the highest points in the county and an interesting use of a design feature. Last 3 holes very unique and very challenging. Getting ready to undergo renovation by Fry/Straka."

“West Bay has some strategic holes and good moments -- the last few holes on the front nine are particularly solid. The recent renovation made the course more playable but also took away some of the "Dye" look from the original design."
