“Unfortunately I played after a week of unseasonably heavy rain, so the course was quite wet. Carts were restricted to paths on several holes. That said, this course could be a beast if it was running fast and firm. The greens are pretty good, some are deceptively large. There is no GPS so use the GHIN app on your phone for guidance. Water comes into play on most holes including forced carries on some. Multiple tee boxes are available, so pick your poison when deciding where to play from. The Blacks look pretty tough, the Gold (c. 6500 yds), not so much. Green, White and Red give you options. All-in-all I think it is a good choice for SW Florida, but $120 green fees are a bit high although not far off of the seasonal norm."
