“Okay public course option, need to let it settle in and get some better growth on the turf."

“Hollywood Beach Golf Club recently underwent a renovation that restored many of the traditional characteristics associated with its original Donald Ross design. Set within a city grid in the heart of Hollywood, the course occupies relatively flat terrain but relies heavily on green complexes and strategic positioning to create its challenge. The greens feature the subtle contours and runoffs typical of Ross architecture, placing a premium on approach shot accuracy and avoiding short-sided misses. Several holes incorporate water hazards and tighter driving corridors, while the back nine uses mature, strategically positioned trees to influence shot shape and angle of play. The course offers a variety of scoring opportunities but rewards thoughtful course management throughout the round."
