“Layout Variety was not good - almost all holes were straight with little variety in length, elevation change, or hazards to direct your shots. Conditioning was just OK - greens roll true but are quite hard, though hopefully will improve as the renovated course matures. Course was not particularly well-maintained. Shot options were not very good int the green or around the greens. Aesthetics was not very good with little landscaping, few flowers or pretty water features, or other visual pleasantries. Fun - it was not unique in any way, and was not very fun to play."
