“A tail of 2 nines. The front nine runs through all the homes in the community while the bag nine has spectacular views of marsh and Rehoboth Bay. The third hole is a demanding narrow par 5 while 16 is a fun par 5 with an extremely sloped green. Number 9 and #10 are two strong par 4's."

“Conditions were good, with greens in good shape and rolling fast and true. Course layout is somewhat disjointed, as it makes its way through the community of homes, which does not make it a good walking course. Several holes play tight, with wooded areas on one side and homes (OB) on the other. Bunkering in the fairways and around the greens protect the course and require good decision making regarding risk/ reward shots and lines of play."

“A number of quirky holes, 3, 9,16, come to mind. 16 pictured below for instance has a 60 foot tall pine tree blocking any direct approach to the green. Some holes are either very very tight or artificially tricked up. The facility takes no cards, but cash only if you are looking to get drinks food etc. Not a good value at rack rates relative to other shore area courses but on the whole in pretty good condition through the greens, and it will provide a nice golf fix while rolling through cart paths revealing gorgeous wooded home sites and putting on well manicure greens."
