“An uninspiring course. Lots of similar holes, unimaginative fairway bunkering and repetitive green complexes. The course routes tightly through a residential neighborhood with houses right on top of many tee boxes and greens. While walkable, some unusually long green to tee transition and crossing public streets and bike trails make the walk not very enjoyable. Poa greens are soft but relatively smooth. Kikuya throughout remove any opportunity for ground game. Not a course I will look forward to visiting again."

“Challenging layout that can be narrow for longer hitters. Greens often slope hard back to front, emphasizing need for distance control on approach shots. Course could use a new irrigation system which is evident in poor conditioning for areas off the main sections of play."
