“Ted Robinson designed public access course tightly routed through a residential neighborhood (houses are in play for wayward shots on all but 2 holes). Most all of the green complexes have the same feel, elevated with surrounding bermuda rough mounding. 10 of the greens are severely tiered which all feels quite repetitive. Has been in poor condition for years, but getting better slowly with recent investment by improved management. There are better options in OC for the price point."

“Despite meandering through a community of homes, the course is rather compelling. Some rewarding angles for hitting certain parts of the fairways. Also, notable as being a favorite course for a lot of serious players which can give the range a pretty good vibe."
