“Straight forward resort course in only fair condition on date played. Greens were consistently bumpy and slow. Tee boxes had not been mowed and fairways were patchy and inconsistent in terms of turf conditioning. Holes were fairly generic with all but 3 holes playing straight with fairway bunkers located on both sides on virtually every par 4 and 5 hole. Water came into play on five holes. The three holes with doglegs required well placed tee and second shots to avoid penalty areas (water). Additionally, these were the 3 toughest holes on the course especially from the back tees. Playing these holes from the member (white) tees virtually eliminated the penalty areas."
