EDISON, N.J. -- Last week's Wyndham Championship will be remembered by most for Tiger Woods -- at least, for three days -- turning back the clock and Davis Love III turning it back even farther. But Scott Brown left Greensboro with some pretty special memories of his own.
Paired with Woods in the penultimate group on Sunday, Brown more than held his own, shooting a 68 to finish T-3 and top Tiger head-to-head by two shots.
"That's the stuff you dream of as a kid, playing with him in contention on Sunday," Brown said. "I was more amped about it than anything. It was a great atmosphere. Very major-like."
