Keegan Bradley and Graham DeLaet are in the midst of a hockey-inspired feud

By Sam Weinman__

__Keegan Bradley and Graham DeLaet will be on opposite sides of the golf course when they play Thursday in the HP Byron Nelson Championship, which is probably a good thing when considering they'll also be on opposite sides of Wednesday night's Game 7 between the Montreal Canadiens and the Boston Bruins in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

In the build-up to the game between the two NHL rivals, the pair have been jousting at one another during a practice round at the Byron Nelson. When Bradley, a Vermont native and unabashed fan of all things Boston, decorated his golf ball with a Bruins theme, the Canadian DeLaet felt the need to respond (this via his caddie and fellow Canadian Julien Trudeau).

Then came a subtle message from DeLaet left for Bradley on the tee box.

"Graham is a Flames fan, doesn't necessarily root for Montreal," Trudeau told us via email. "But he will because his caddie is a fan!!!"

A Canadian team hasn't won the Stanley Cup since 1993. Bradley's hope is for that streak to continue.
