Is the LPGA headed to Malaysia?

Apparently the LPGA has added another tournament to its schedule, though it has yet to announce it. But, as Brent Kelley at About.com:golf first noted, Paula Creamer mentioned it in a Twitter post and the Malaysian newspaper, the Star, wrote about it.

The Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia is scheduled for Oct. 22-24 at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club and will feature the top 50 on the LPGA money list as well as 10 players who will receive sponsor exemptions, according to the Star.

Creamer, meanwhile, posted this: "Great to see we have another event in malaysia glad to have it but we really need 8to10 more in the united states."
