Rory McIlroy is ripped. We know this from his spread in Men's Health. We know this from the numerous videos of him working out. We know this from this after-hours Ryder Cup photo:
And now we know exactly how McIlroy has maintained his physique. Over the weekend, the four-time major winner tweeted out a couple of graphics made by Santander Spendlytics detailing his workouts this year:
This one compares his activity to 2011 when he didn't do a single pull-up. You know, like a normal person:

But back to this year's exercise. 6,800 push-ups. 6,320 pull-ups. 644 miles (1,036 kilometers) run. 398 miles (640 kilometers) biked. 6,720 minutes stretching. 3,300 lengths in the pool. Impressive. And that's not counting how many hours logged playing soccer! What? . . . Too soon?
