With the FedEx Cup underway, we're all getting in the playoff mode. That includes Adidas, which has released a limited-edition shoe it has dubbed "the Big Check" -- inspired by the big money up for grabs on the PGA Tour over the next month.
The print motif of the currency is a fun treatment to capitalize on interest in the FedEx Cup Playoffs. Or just anybody who wants a bit of money in their shoes.
The Adidas folks have taken the Adicross Gripmore (the model worn by Martin Kaymer) and enlarged the forefoot, to help improve fit and comfort.
