A hero's welcome for Norman

One of the benefits of Greg Norman's improbable run at the Claret Jug in last year's British Open is that he seems committed to playing more golf. Toward that end, Norman this week is entered in the Johnnie Walker Classic in Perth, Australia, where upon his arrival he "received a reception befitting an ageing rock star," the Herald Sun reported.

Even at 54, Norman, who tied for third at the British Open, is the headliner in a field that also includes Anthony Kim and Camilo Villegas.
