What worked — and what didn't — this week on tour

James Hahn
James Hahn took home his first PGA Tour trophy this Sunday with a playoff win at the Northern Trust Open over Dustin Johnson. This may have been his first win on tour but he looked as cool and calm as any of the vets in the field. Hahn-man style's got great energy and we're looking forward to seeing more of him this season.Under Armour
Camilo Villegas
Early looks from Villegas' new apparel sponsor, AG Green Label, have felt simple, modern and athletic -- this all white get-up, however, made him look like a hospital orderly shaping his ball around the trees Saturday at the Northern Trust Open. We're all about the monochromatic move, just not when the color is white.AG Green Labeladidas golf
Dustin Johnson
The best way to pull off a light and fresh look is not to wear all white but to balance a white polo or trouser with something a shade darker. DJ paired his white polo with a pale stone trouser last Friday at Riviera and nailed one of the strongest rigs of the weekend. I'm feeling his new AdiPower Boost spikes, too. The white on white is the sharpest accent for the new sneak that I've seen thus far.adidas golf
Ryan Moore
All that said, wearing all light gray is probably the most sophisticated way to put the single color setup into play. This look is becoming Moore's go-to move and I'm all for it: Dude looks awesome all the way down to his gray True Linkswears.True Linkswear
Sang-Moon Bae
Sang-Moon's been putting it together really nicely over the last few seasons. He consistently brings unique looks that you don't see often but don't scream for attention either. He balances fit, finish and color very well to create a modern feel with classic pieces.Original Penguin
Keegan Bradley
I like the J's. They push the envelope, challenge convention and if Keegan feels more comfortable in those moon boots than he does in standard spikes then more power to him. That said, the red sneaks look better with darker trousers and darker trousers would look better with the dark belt he wore in the final round. When you're wearing red patent leather shoes it's a good idea to reduce the contrast everywhere else in your outfit.Travis MathewNike
Graham DeLaet
Best beard on tour goes to Graham DeLaet, hands down. Thomas Bjorn may be able to give him a run for his money later in the season but right now Graham looks like a postseason pitcher and my money is staying on him. Unfortunately his playoff beard wasn't quite strong enough to get him into the actual playoff this weekend at the Northern Trust Open but I have a feeling we'll being seeing much more of this man in the near future.Puma GolfFootjoy
Christopher McDonald
On the other hand, Shooter McGavin showed up to the Northern Trust TaylorMade drive-in movie event Wednesday night with a squirrely thing on his upper lip and took home the "Don't Let This Guy Within 5 Miles Of My Kid's Elementary School" award.
Drew Scott
Trying to add something interesting and unexpected into your on-and-off course wardrobe this season? Think about a trouser in a deep rich shade to liven up your look. Something super saturated like the eggplant pants Drew Scott wore Saturday at the Northern Trust Open can add a ton of newness to your style and will match with a bunch of the basics you already own. Although Scott looked good this weekend I would've preferred to see a darker shirt. The key to stepping into bolder moves with your wardrobe is to limit the level of contrast and keep things as smooth as possible.
