Overview
The Arthur Hills course may be the most player-friendly of the four layouts at The Highlands, with forgiving fairways and large greens. That said, there are some demanding shots, including the approaches to several small, elevated greens. There are plenty of elevation changes, including some dramatic downhill tee shots which offer beautiful vistas of the northern Michigan landscape.

“The most friendly of all the Boyne Highlands courses with wide fairways and big greens. Some gorgeous tee shots including the par 5 13th which allows you to hit a driver off the top of what could be a ski slope. Great conditioning and an all around fun round."

“The Hills Course at Boyne Highlands Resort was designed by Arthur Hills. It has several narrow elevated greens that require accurate approach shots and the 18th hole is a risk reward hole and fun to play. It is usually in good condition. You can find good rates in the spring and fall."
