Camilo's Secret: The Russian Twist

An the exercise that has helped Camilo Villegas sculpt his body and swing is the "Russian twist." It strengthens the lower back and shoulders and promotes separation between the upper body and lower body. Lie back on a physio ball and hold a dumbbell with two hands overhead. Rotate your upper body from side to side, rolling onto your shoulders. See it demonstrated above.
